📜 ""He sent two of his helpers, Timothy and Erastus, to Macedonia, while he stayed in the province of Asia a little longer""
Acts 19:22 (NIV)

📋 The Great Commission, given by Jesus to all his followers, calls us to make disciples of all nations. These disciples are converts to begin with, and we are to teach and train them in the word of God to become Christlike in every aspect of their lives.

A Christian who makes others into disciples is fruitful and, in turn, fulfils the Great Commission. In Acts 19:22, we see that Paul sent two of his disciples, Timothy and Erastus, to Macedonia while he stayed in the province of Asia a bit longer.

Paul was a disciple-maker, actively training disciples wherever he went to preach the gospel and thus fulfilled his part of the Great Commission. Ask yourself today, "Am I making disciples for Christ?" Do you have converts that you are teaching and nurturing to become Christlike?

If the answer is no, then you are not being a fruitful Christian and, therefore, not fulfilling your part of the Great Commission, which is necessary for all believers. As children of God, we must strive to be fruitful in his service, and one essential way to achieve this is by making disciples for Christ.

Our core mandate on earth as believers is to make disciples of all nations. So, seek out some converts today and disciple them for Christ. In doing so, you will become a more fruitful believer.
Are you currently nurturing anyone to become Christlike?
