📋 Life is such that most of our greatest achievements are not obtained on the first attempt. We often face challenges and experience multiple failures on our journey to achieving significant goals. If we do not persist in our efforts, despite the obstacles, resistance and setbacks. we will miss out on the rewards that come with perseverance.
In our reading today, we encountered a widow who sought help from a judge who had no regard for people. Initially, the judge refused to assist her. We don't know how many times she approached him for help, but our focus verse states, "..yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually come and attack me."
The judge ultimately decided to grant her request due to her persistence. If she had not continued to seek help, she would not have received it. Similarly, we must remain persistent in our walk of faith if we are to achieve any great things in this life. What are you believing God for, and what ambitions have you set for yourself?
You can achieve all these if you remain persistent despite the obstacles.
Be persistent in life regardless of the challenges you face.
