📜 ""Then Asa called to the Lord his God and said, "Lord, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name, we come against this vast army. Lord, you are our God; do not let mere mortal prevail against you""
2 Chronicles 14:11 (NKJV)
📋 The prayer above is so powerful; King Asa had to say it with all his heart for a vast army had approached his nation and ready to destroy it. God can help you too in your time of distress.
When you try to do your best to make all things work well, and yet the enemy threatens to bring your effort to nought, cry to the Lord and He will help you.
David once shared a testimony: "Oh Lord, my God, I called to you for help and you healed me... You turned my wailing into dancing: you remove my sackcloth and clothe me with joy that my heart may sing your praise my God, I will praise you forever" (Psalm 30:2, 10-12).
This can be your testimony as you depend on God to help you. You may ask God for help in every uncomfortable situation in which you find yourself.
God will not let mere mortals prevail against you for he will help you to overcome them.
Depend on God to help you in your times of trouble.
