👉🏼 (Reading: Ephesians 6:10-17)

📜 ""Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.'""
Ephesians 6:10 (NIV)

📋 Every day, we all wake up to a world full of challenges in one way or the other, this could be from stress at work. tension at home, temptations, discouragement, etc.

However, today's reading reminds us that our struggles aren't just physical or emotional, they can also spiritual. The Apostle Paul, therefore, urges us to "be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power". This means our strength to surmount challenges doesn't come from our own will-power but from God's unlimited resources.

When you feel overwhelmed with hardship, take a moment to pray and ask God for his strength instead of relying on your own. The armour of God, in today's reading, serves as our source of strength to surmount the challenges. Put on the armour of God so that when fear, doubt, or negativity comes, you can stand firm.

If gossip or negativity surrounds you at work, stand firm in the truth. If anxiety tries to weigh you down, put on the shield of faith, trusting that God is in control. When tempted to react in anger, remember that our real enemy isn't people but the spiritual forces trying to divide and defeat us.

Victory in this daily battle comes not by fighting harder but by surrendering more to God's power, wisdom and peace.

As you go about your daily activities, take time to pray, read God's word and put on his armour.
