📖 WAITING WITH CONFIDENCE

📖 WAITING WITH CONFIDENCE

👉(Reading: Psalm 27:1-14)

📜 "Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart: Wait, I say, on the Lord!" Psalm 27:14 (NKJV).

📋 Waiting is dificult, whether it's for a job opportunity, healing, restoration of a relationship, or an answer to prayer. The waiting season can feel endless and discouraging. Our focus verse tells us that waiting on the Lord requires courage. And the Lord gives strength due to his grace that comes through waiting. Waiting is not passive but active trust in God's timing and faithfulness. Think of a farmer who plants seeds. He doesn't dig them up each day to check their progress. Instead, he waters them, ensures they get sunlight, and trusts the process. In the same way, while we wait, we should continue to seek God, serve others, and grow spiritually. Maybe you're waiting for a breakthrough. Instead of what hasn't happened, focus on what God is doing in you. Strength is developed in waiting in faith. Courage is built in trusting God. This is because God does not fail. While waiting, use the time to pray, worship, and prepare for what's ahead. God is never late. His timing is perfect. What can you do today to trust God more in your waiting? Take a step of faith. Waiting is not wasted when you wait with expectation. Stay strong. Be courageous. God is working, even when you cannot see it.
