Acts 18:9 (KJV).
📋 Sometimes, God communicates with his children through dreams and visions. Some believers miss God's will and direction for their lives because they do not take their dreams and visions seriously.
Our focus verse states, "The Lord spoke to Paul in the night by a vision. " Paul wanted to leave town without anyone knowing, as he had been threatened with death by his enemies. However, when God chose to speak to Paul, he did not use the inner witness or an audible voice.
Instead, God spoke to him in a vision. the vision, God told Paul not to be afraid of his enemies and encouraged him to continue speaking and preaching the gospel. Paul listened to the Lord's voice and remained in that city for 18 months, leading many lost souls to Christ.
If Paul had ignored the vision and fled from Corinth, all those he saved could have been lost to the devil. There are people whose lives, destinies, and salvation God has connected to our lives. If we do not reach out to them, they may miss God's will for their lives.
This is why it is crucial not to disregard our dreams and visions. Paul did not miss his opportunity and ultimately saved many souls for Christ. Are you taking your dreams and visions seriously?
